Matt Donovan: zodiac sign and birth chart
Matt Donovan has no canon birthday. The series never gives a date, so his chart is read from his personality. He's a Taurus: Sun, rising and Mercury. The quarterback who also works shifts at the Mystic Grill, the one person in the group with no powers who keeps showing up anyway. A Virgo Moon notices who needs a hand, and a Capricorn Mars keeps him working.

Taurus Mercury asks the plain question. He doesn't do games or code, he says what he sees.

Capricorn Mars works hard and doesn't quit. While the others fight with powers, Matt fights by keeping the town running.
What canon does give: a regular guy in a town of monsters. Taurus answers that with someone who stays steady and shows up for the people he loves, whether he has powers or not.
