Donovan Desmond: zodiac sign and birth chart
Donovan Desmond has no canon birthday. Neither the manga nor the anime gives one. Read from his personality, he's an Aries: the National Unity Party leader and the main target of Operation Strix, who rarely appears in public. Aries Sun, Moon and rising make him a man who has always led, and always on his terms.

Scorpio Mars is controlled, secret power. He avoids public appearances, except the annual party for the Imperial Scholars.
What canon does give: a former prime minister who keeps everyone, including his sons, at a distance. An Aries answer is a man who leads from the front, and has no idea how to be close.
