Skarlet: zodiac sign and birth chart
Skarlet has no canon birthday. The Mortal Kombat games never give one, so her chart is read from her personality. She's a Sagittarius with a lot of Aries on top: a fighter who started out as a fan rumor about Mortal Kombat II and ended up an actual blood mage in Shao Kahn's service. Her ambitions got a lot bigger than a bodyguard's job.

Sagittarius always wants the bigger horizon. In her Mortal Kombat 11 tower ending the plan is to become a god, and it works.

A Sagittarius Moon is pure appetite. In Mortal Kombat 11's story she's busy feeding on Jade when Kitana walks in, and she mocks her instead of backing off.

Aries Mars goes in straight. She fights with kodachi and kunai, then turns into blood or pulls it out of her enemy to keep going.
What the games do give: a bodyguard who turns blood into weapons and keeps growing past the job she was made for. Sagittarius answers with the appetite, Aries with the blades.
How she shows up
Why she's like this
Sagittarius is the sign of big aims and refusing a small life. Skarlet's story is thin on cutscenes, but what the games do give her points that way every time.

She beats Kronika, binds the Blood Code to the Sands of Time and becomes a blood god. The last image is Shao Kahn bowing to her in the Outworld Arena. A tower ending, so not the main story, but it shows you what she dreams about.
