Azan: zodiac sign and birth chart

Azan has no canon birthday. Kentaro Miura's manga never gives one. Read from his personality, he's a Taurus: Sun, Moon, rising and Mercury in one sign. Farnese's second-in-command in the Holy Iron Chain Knights, nicknamed the Bridge Knight for once holding a crossing single-handedly. Blunt, older and hilariously serious about the code of chivalry.

NEBO's take

No birthday in canon. His personality says Taurus.

We ran Azan through the same model that matches people to characters in the app, and looked at which chart gets him most often. It reads him as earth four times over: solid, stubborn and not about to move off his post.

Sun CanonNot in canonNEBO's takeTaurus
Taurus holds the ground. Azan once held a bridge alone, and he's been the Bridge Knight ever since.
Moon CanonNot in canonNEBO's takeTaurus
A Taurus Moon needs structure to feel safe. His is the code of chivalry, which he follows with a perfectly straight face.
Rising CanonNo birth timeNEBO's takeTaurus
No birth time in canon. First impression: an older, broad-shouldered knight who is already lecturing someone about dignity.
Mercury CanonNot in canonNEBO's takeTaurus
Taurus Mercury is blunt and slow to change its mind. Azan says what he thinks and then says it again, louder.
Venus CanonNot in canonNEBO's takeAries
Aries Venus is loyal in a hurry. For all his lectures, Azan steps between a friend and danger without a second's hesitation.
Mars CanonNot in canonNEBO's takeCancer
Cancer Mars defends its people. He plants himself where danger is and doesn't let it pass.

What canon does give: a man of honor in an order that loses its way. A Taurus answer is to stay put, keep his word and hold the line.
